Don't misunderstand me: I fully believe that it has helped you and others here. That is why is started the B-Right, Fish Oil, D3. When I emailed my two neuros about the regiment the response was "no known vitamin has been shown to help" and "just take the RDA amount of a multivitamin". I want to be very careful that I am not overzealous in my drive to heal and cause harm to myself. That is also why I asked about these other supplements in this question.

Is it that the medical community is not informed enough about vitamins and supplements or what do you think is going on?
