"Has anyone had any experience with Cerefolin Nac or Magnesium L-Threonate? Please be detailed in your description, if possible."

The firsts appears to be by prescription only. It also looks like one can buy the three ingredients separately and just combine them.

The second is a very expensive form of Magnesium. There appears to be no advantage to it over some other mag supplements.

Has somebody recommended them to you ?

There are hundreds of different similar compounds sold with lots of claims. The Mag is nothing special. There are a dozen common mag compounds. The Cerefolin Nac is just a mix compounded to sell at higher prices to Alzheimer's patients.

There is nothing unique about them

Why are you considering them when you have not started with the basic regimen ? The B-Right is very low in B-12. I'd at least add some B-12 (2500 mcgs of methylcobalamin), D3 and a good calcium/magnesium tablet.

Before you start looking at these specialty compounds, you could get a blood test done to check for B-12, folate, D3, mag and calcium as a minimum.
