Default Multiple bangs to head within days
I work in a restaurant (low ceilings, low doors) and am constantly banging my head.

Did it on Wednesday (had a lump) now just 2 days later bumped it in the same spot.

Im concerned and mostly just beating up on myself for doing this repeatedly. And afraid of the consequences. Waiting for nausea or headaches to kick in. Thinking bout heading to the ER.

Just needed to vent.
