Default Cranial nerve number 4 palsy

Hi. My 15 yr old daughter had a concussion oct 2 by taking a volleyball serve to her face. After months of not getting the right follow up we found a neuro specializing in brain injury. She is in pt. Her main issue right now is the cranial nerve palsy. Her eyes are walleyed.

They want to go up and out. She went to a vision therapist and got prism glasses and bifocals. He says she may need surgery. She is still so tired and depressed. She can't do much without feeling bad. She just returned to school. Has anyone here heard of the cranial number 4 nerve damage from tbi? She is emotional and can't make up her mind and gets angry and mean. It's really sad.

She has lost most her friends. No more sports now and she was a great softball pitcher.
