I went on a bike ride Wednesday - just a 1/2 hour or so and when I reached my destination, which was Starbucks with my Dad, I could not hear, my voice was weak and unable to project as well as I felt spatially unaware of my environment and essentially just completely out of it. Also had congestion in my face with no mucus to explain it away.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? After 30 months I am dying to hit my exercise routine again and things like this really discourages me. I know how lucky I am to have the faculties to ride my bike and I'm not complaining as many have it much worse, I just would love to get back in the saddle again!
