My question was not well stated. Do you experience any concussion symptoms at times other than after those times when you have moved you head quickly or bumped/touched it ?
If those symptoms after a head movement last between 2-3 hours up to a full day, but you do not have any other symptoms between these periods, there is not likely much that you can do other than try to reduce those movements and impacts. As I said, you may have some upper neck inflammation. And, a brain health nutritional regimen is always a good idea.
The light pressure against the temple causing symptoms is odd. For some, a touch sensitive spot that causes pain can cause an anxiety reaction that can cause concussion like symptoms.
