Hello all!
The past week or so I've been having trouble falling asleep. So.... I tried some Tylenol pm as it makes my husband pass out! But oh man- I'm literally hungover all day, having awful awful dreams, my vision is worse the following day, as well as my brain fog is high and concentration is low. It takes a lot of water and usually 2 days to recover. Not going to take it anymore obviously! But what's going on? Anyone try sleep aids and have similar effects? Anyone know of a good sleep aid or a supplement that works? As always thanks! Cheers, Dots
