Default Anyone w/ Neck Problems

I'd recommend watching this video! If you need to, watch it over a few days.
He gets into the good stuff at 5:00, but if you can, watch all of the video.

Perhaps throw in a hot shower, working on triggerpoints, and traction beforehand.

Then, def. ice hardcore afterwards. Study shows 10 min on, off, then on is best. I've been experimenting w this for a while. I think 3 times with the ice on works well. Too much icing causes damage.

This may seem like a video for neck pain, but if you're like me, a lot of symptoms stem from the neck. He also has videos for back and knee pain.

Other things to think about is going to an upper cervical chiro.

I have this in my upper neck. If I am travelling I would rather feel the impacts in my upper neck below my skull. Then I would start feeling the tension build up in my neck and it would slightly become sore and painful as if the muscles below my skull are fatigued

The MRI neck was negative. I am not sure if this completely rules out atlas instability issue. Don't know where to go next

Go to the video I showed. That's why I put it there. SOrry I should have been more descriptive about what it was. But it's basically a program to help the neck. It's a free youtube video. The dude's an expert. Had tens of thousands of people with neck problems. And he's rational. You can pay to do his program. I'm on day two of the Youtube vid and notice a much etter diff.

I added my additional recommended things not in the video.
