Default Good Day-- Bad Days--Turning the corner

Hey Everyone,

Just wondering how everyone on here copes with the roller coaster good day bad day cycle, I am at a loss as last week I had what I would call a great day, besides vision and inability to think all that clearly I felt well. However it is almost always accompanied in the following days with some really not great days.

I do my best to limit things that provoke symptoms (exercise, computers, loud confusing places, driving etc etc) but lately I have been feeling like this is a never ending cycle. On that day I felt like maybe I was turning the corner, heading my way out of this, or at least to a better place maybe not to 100% but I was hopeful.

Also being very active before with hockey, weights , work.. I never really felt bored and had a challenge, I am looking for new challenges that I can work towards anyone have any recommendations, I like to be competitive and improve things but hard to find something to fill those gaps!

Anything helps Thanks in advance
