The value in marijuana is the CBD (canabidiol). The THC has little to no positive value to brain health. It can exacerbate anxiety.

"A lot of it is mental at this point.. If not all of it." I doubt your problems have anywhere near the 'mental' component that you think. Your anxiety can cause physiological (organic) symptoms as much as it can cause psychosomatic symptoms. Anxiety is a big producer of brain toxins that cause symptoms.

One of the most important parts of recovery is learning to recognize triggers that cause anxiety and other symptoms. By avoiding those triggers, one can sustain their good days which enables better recovery.
