Default Vision problems following car accident

Please tell me i am not alone. Following a car accident, my vision had a white haze. I primarily noticed it more in the daylight. Now that haze is gone but i have bad brain fog, i feel drunk and my eyes can't seem to focus...its like looking through a distorted window.

Also, my eyes get that feeling you get after you have stared at something for too long...its like im in a perpetual stare state i can't braeak. I have to fight just to pay attention when i drive.

Please tell me i am not alone
