There is no way anybody could discern a difference between 97% healed brain and 99.99% healed brain.

Taking supplements and eating healthy will help you perform at optimum levels and tolerate stress better.

If you have no symptoms, Please, Please, get on with your life. You have a lot to look forward to. It appears the only thing holding you back is your anxieties. Some of us would give our right arm to live without symptoms that remind us of our injury.

By simple definition, if you have no symptoms, you have no long term damage. Some people damage their brains during times of development when the brain completely ignores the damaged area and continues to develop in the undamaged areas. Many children experience this situation.

If you broke your leg, the bones would heal so you could walk again but the damage would still be visible in an x-ray. The brain can use other areas to overcome the damaged areas so that damaged area is ignored.

So, please let go of this anchor from your past and move on with your life. Enjoy your symptom free life as a tribute to those of us who live with symptoms every day.
