I cannot find the neuata anywhere.

But your other drug is complex and a warning just came out on these new glucose excreting type II drugs:

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/sh...75#post1142575

They can cause an increase in acid in the blood (acidosis) which is very hard on the brain and nervous system.

Type II diabetics should report to their prescribing doctors, any sleep irregularities and you should be testing your blood glucose at night if you awaken with nightmares, or wake in the morning with severe odd symptoms. This can be a sign of low blood sugars.

thx !!!

Another morning 'episode' happened yesterday and my blood sugar was low for me (166) I still feel like Im recovering from it...

The 166 is the reading the EMT gave when I went to the E room from work...

I'm thinking there's some correlation between the relative low blood sugar and the episodes which sensory overload, stuttering, extreme fog (for me), nausea, fatigued...

On the bright side I feel like the evening alertness is getting longer and there's less insomnia
The other medicine is called Neudexta

From my experience and reading, a 166 blood sugar is just above a good normal range for after a meal. Usually, a goal is about 100 peaking at 140 after a meal. Mine is usually 80-90.

How long have you been taking the Neudexta ? Is it for PBA ?

Emotional lability is common with PCS. Treating it as PBA with a neurologically active drug may be counterproductive.

Yes it Nuedexta

The Nuedexta was given for the outburst of crying and laughing at crap I wouldn't think was funny before.

From what I have read about Nuedexta, personally, I would be very hesitant to take it. The dextromethorphan is a bit too much for a struggling brain. The emotional lability is a tolerable symptom for many of us. It is not worth further chemical challenges to the brain.

I'd be focusing on your Diabetes and figuring out this sleep/wake up issue.

IMO.
