Default Fall after TBI

Hi, 7 months ago I had a concussion and have now postconcussion syndrome (anxiety, headaches, bad memory, etc.). Yesterday I had an "accident" when I was cleaning up the floor. I fell down on my buttocks and hand and now Im worried about the "shake" of the brain during the impact with floor. I didnt blew my head but Im not sure if the symptoms couldnt go worse. Today Im not feeling wery well, my symptoms are worse but isnt that problem in my mind? After that fall I was shaking and I didnt think about my arms or legs but my brain. Thanks for your reply and sorry for my english.

Unless you seriously jarred your head, I doubt you caused any damage. This would not cause a Second Impact Syndrome risk. Your symptoms could get worse simply from the anxiety. But, there is nothing you can do but give yourself a break.
