Default Feeling better/Thanks!

I know lots of the time people post about struggles and I still have my struggles to be sure, but over the last month I have gotten to a point where I can actually stand it, and I enjoy things again. I manage a decent workout some days and I manage to laugh and go out. I am changed for sure, but I am happy I got this far. Please if you can find time to relax and smile give yourself a break, maybe this is bad advice but don't focus on your recovery ALL the time, sometimes that can be just as damaging, it was for me!

Could be the drugs could be the headaches have eased off. But all I can say is keep moving forward everyone and if you're just afraid and worried don't just read the posts, post your issues on this board and ask for help, there is a glut of great people on here with a ton of information!

I hope everyone can have some good days

Thank you for all the help!
