I found massage, stretching, sleep hygiene, and I have a physio doing needling traction and muscle stim.

PCS since 07/14 Symptoms: Vision(double,tracking, contrasts) Headache, Motion sensitivity, Psych issues, low stress tolerance, minor tinitus, sensitivity to noise and light, sleep issues.

Also. Get SLEEP if you can, hard with kids, but the mood will really elevate if you get a good nights sleep. Get some sun when you wake up to start the hormonal cascade that is supposed to occur and try blocking artificial light at night even when sleeping so your hormones get the cues they need,

We need to be on top of our hormones as its already dysfunctional. (sometimes)
