Alright thank you very much mark.

All the information you gave me I will use for the better.

And the video game I normally play is minecraft, which is a block building game sort of like legos, which I don't think is that fast.

I will definitely start taking my vitamins again as well getting off the amantadine, I was already planning on getting off the amantadine soon. Also, how much rest and how much exercise in a given day? What do you recommend? I normally walk For anywhere between 10-25 minutes, or swim in my pool.

And also, are there medications that can "speed up" recovery? Could be something that could help me

There are no medications that can speed up recovery. The only thing meds can do is treat a symptoms while the medication is being taken.

Your do not need scheduled rest as in napping. Take a rest if you feel sleepy. Then, a 10 or 15 minute nap may help. I take nay naps in a recliner. I put something boring or non-stimulating on the TV and lay my head back. I watch and listen while letting my mind drift off.

I suggest you play games with a finish, whether you beat the computer in Scrabble or not or just finish a puzzle. There is a need for the endorphin release of a completed project. In Minecraft, it looks like you are never done except to admire what has been built so far. If there is a way to set each session so there is a goal to complete and you complete that goal, that will be beneficial.

Sometimes, I find a joke forum and just spend time laughing at jokes. The jokes that cause a good gut laugh are very beneficial. Here is one I like. The jokes are clean and often make you think. http://www.wnd.com/forums/forum-350/

If you can exercise without causing an increase in symptoms, go for it. Keep in mind that symptoms can be delayed after the exercise.
