Default sleeping meds

I am currently taking zyprexa, temesta and trazodone for sleeping. It works pretty good, because my anxiety(=reason for my sleeping issues) has reduced and I can sleep better now.

The thing is, I dont know how healthy this cocktail is for the brain. Are their any alternatives?
