Sorry Riding Roller Coaster that you still have the persisting problems. What did the PT do to your neck to relieve the head pressure? This is the worse symptom that I am dealing with. Was it massage or some type of neck exercises/stretches?
Do you ever try self-accupressure for neck pain? I have found this helps me. Also, meditation, if you can do it, has helped with my anxiety and insomnia. Chewing gum has helped my ear pressure. Thanks for your input :-) |

kdog,
"50 mg B complex" is a vague identifier. There is B-50 Complex and generic B Complex and Super B Complex. Those are usually a minimal B complex. You need to add B-12, 1000 mcgs or more. Most PT's do not know how to mobilize C-1 and C-2. They do range of motion exercises but that can aggravate those areas. As RRC says, you need to keep looking for that practitioner that understands your injury and your body. I doubt there is anything you can do for yourself without the help of an upper cervical specialist who can help you with C-1 and C-2. But, you do not want to consider a chiro. Self-accupressure just treats the symptom, not the cause. |
