Default A question about B vitamins

Probably this is not the proper section to post this but I am really worried and need suggestion.

I have been taking a B vitamins capsule containing mecobalamin 1.5 mg, alpha lipoic acid 100 mg, folic acid 1.5 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride 3 mg for about a year. Is it safe to take B vitamins for that long ? Should I be concerned ? I am afraid to continue to take it further
