Default concussion from head jerking/tics

I had a severe whiplash like head jerk yesterday .immidietly i felt dizzy and nauseous.. ive been suffering with head jerks after a neck injury a few months back

today i woke up with severe headache and nausea.., is it possible to sustain a concussion by jerking your own head around? Even if you hit nothing
