I saw some comments about Cervical Vertigo in other threads. I know this is a possible issue with many on NT so maybe the discussion can be developed here.
If you post you experiences and resources/links here, maybe others can benefit. I know that for me, my upper neck was a big problem. I was treated by a Physical Therapist with gentle traction and mobilization and by a chiropractor. They helped but I had to be very disciplined to maintain good head and neck posture during resting and sleep or my symptoms would return with a vengeance. www.NUCCA.org and AtlasOrthogonality.com and www.upcspine.com are sources of specialized chiro treatment. Beware that some upper cervical chiros believe treating the upper cervical spine can resolve all that ails the body. Others know that it is just one part of the whole process. Hopefully, this discussion can help people find the help and treatment they need. My best to you all. |
