Anyone have any experience with using this newer form of Magnesium? Supposedly, it's more active in the central nervous system and thus better for brain health than other forms. I would love to hear some opinions. It's rather expensive and seems a little questionable.

I was given some as a product tester. I did not notice any difference. I tried the Mag Mind brand by Jarrows.
