Default Vestibular or Neurological Issue? Advice?

I am dealing with what i think is PCS for 16 months. Although my Tinnitus has fortunately diminished a bit of late I'm greatly struggling with dim lit settings. In particular a restaurant for lunch or going for a walk at night. Everything feels surreal, sort of like looking through a camera lens. Sort of unease, slight dizziness. A horrible feeling that is very very wierd and rather uncomfortable.

I think it's vestibular issue as once my brain can't rely on my vision in dark settings it relies on signals from the inner ear.

I'm not sure anyone on this board has dealt or familiar with this. If so please know i hope to hear from you.

Concussion March, 2014.

Symptoms: Vestibular issues. Tinnitus. Struggle dimly lit settings.
