Default relaxing during sleep

does anyone have any suggestions for supplements to relax during sleep?

i fall asleep fine. however, when i wake up my entire body is tensed up and my dentist tells me i grind my teeth. it's pretty extreme: i feel a lot of muscle fatigue from all the tensing up i'm doing.
