I also have problems with the shower, but my main issue is from my vertigo/balance issues. Moving the head around under the shower wouldn't help a lot of us.

I have one of those shower heads that I can hold in my hand, so I don't need to move my head around in such a confined space and it's especially helpful for washing my hair.

My main problem though is the feeling of my feet on the tiled floor when I'm standing. I don't feel safely balanced. Getting a shower seat and a hand held shower head helped me a lot. I do understand that my problems may be different from yours and others though.

take care

Yes! Overstimulation for me, as well.
Good suggestions!
Thanks!
