Default Experience with lawsuit for TBI long term PCS
Does anyone have any experience with personal injury legal from a concussion that never heals? Not caused by a car accident.

www.tbilaw.com and www.subtlebraininjury.com has the best information. If you dig into Gordon Johnson's web site, you will find some good information.

What personal injury legal issues are you dealing with ?

I am interested in the process, how long it typically can take, etc. so I can compare it to my own situation.

Personal injury law suits can often take years. mTBI could be longer as attorneys argue back and forth. Different courts can also take longer than others.

The longer it takes, the less the defendant can claim you will recover more.
