Default bumped my head on hanging ceiling lamp

Today i forgot that there was a lamp above me in the restaurant when i stand up i bumped my head into the hanging wooden ceiling lamp.. im having a headache and feeling drowsy

Is it a sub concussive impact or another comcussion? Its a lamp that weighs about 3-5 pounds

Im still having pcs from previous concussions
