Default 18 months post concussion Update

I'm about 18 months post concussion syndrome and I'm feeling better, surely better since the first 6 months.

I still don't have the energy I used to have, however alot of that is due to lack of sleep.

The main issue, or outstanding issue I still face is Tinnitus. It can be REALLY annoying in my right ear.

At this point I don't expect the Tinnitus to resolve. I can only hope it gets better.

All else today i'm able to have dinner with friends, go out to a social event, and have a good workout at the gym.

I will update if the Tinnitus should go away, however i'm not sure it will.

Experienced: Severe fall, PCS 18 months, early symptoms disorientation, extreme brain fog, loud tinnitus, exhaustion, severe insomnia, severe sound sensitivity.

My Diagnosis: Inner ear concussion.
