Unhappy I Need your help please ...

Hi everybody

I just came back from a hairdresser and feel terrible.

It all started with the hairdresser shampooing my hair way too aggressively. I started panicking but I believe I calmed myself down quickly. Then he used a towel to dry my hair which was really aggressive again. i don't think any hairdresser I've been to has ever shaken my head that badly... I am really scared that he has done some kind of damage I have really bad brain fog right now, fell dizzy and have a slight headache. I hope that it is just anxiety but I'm just not sure...

Could he have caused damage when he was so aggressive? Thanks for your help
