Hello,
I've had PCS on and off for the last 14 mos. or so due to three mild concussions, and I was wondering, if I eventually bought a manual wheelchair for my POTS, would it be all right for me to push myself? I know it's not recommended for people with PCS to lift weights, and I have virtually no upper body strength so it would be quite a strain for me to push myself at first. If I wanted to get one in future, how long should I wait? I'm not in a rush; I'm just thinking for the future. Thanks! |
