Default Afraid of going outside with strong winds

I know it sounds stupid but since PCS I am afraid of going outside when it is very windy.
Right now there is a storm outside but I need to go to my car and pick up my son.
Can strong wind cause a concussion? It feels like it is pulling my head around.

Thanks
