Default need answers on this cranium injury

So a couple years back I injured my head will doing a frontflip into the pool and grazed my head on the cement side of the pool. Now it took some time to heal and I have a bald spot in that area and everything seems to be relatively fine. One grip is that when I listen to music with my headphones after about 40 minutes or so I get this sensation in that area where I had that cranium injury. It bothers me more and more until it gets to the point where I have to take off the headphones. It does not matter if I am watching a movie or music same thing happens. Though I will note that if I am listening to loud music than it accelerates and happens faster. It is quite sad as I am into the headphone hobby or more known as the audiophile community. I went to music festivals and I never got any headache even after 8 hours of music much louder than what I received in my headphones. I did a roadtrip by myself that lasted around 8 hours and once again had loud music playing through the car speakers and nothing ever bothered me. Now I because there is an electromagnet right next to my brain that is making these sound waves? I am not too sure why this is, because it isn't the soundwaves that are causing this but something to do with the current of the headphones. Now I am at the point of considering to see a doctor, just I am not sure where I would need to go to get help with this type of situation. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated, and if you made it this far thanks!
