Default Foods to avoid

Hey what foods are to be avoided and what foods are ok during PCS?

Can I eat spicy food?

Can I eat pizza (sauce has some spices)

Can I eat ice cream?

Avoid foods with MSG and artificial sweeteners. Moderate sugar intense foods. Ice cream is OK just don't pig out frequently.

There are online lists of inflammatory foods that some find helpful to avoid.

Thanks. For some reason I have this belief that spicy foods arent good during a concussion? I think I might have read that somewhere but it wasnt credible.
