Welcome to NeuroTalk. What you are experiencing is not uncommon. Have you taken a break from your normal activity load ? Moderating the intensity level of life helps these symptoms resolve. If you left side of the head pain is on the surface, that is likely bruised nerves in the skin and layers of soft tissue. That can take months to heal. It may be sensitive to the touch for many months. The headaches, dizziness and nausea are concussion related and need rest, or at least a slow down in living. Less sound, music and voices included. Less visual strain. Breaks while reading for extended periods. Moderated viewing of TV. With these moderations, things should slowly start to improve. You may have a subtle neck injury that needs some gentle care. Mobilization and good straight neck posture while sleeping and resting will help over the long term. If you haven't allowed time for you brain to rest yet, you are still early in your recovery. It will take some time and you should see improvements. btw. It would be better if you did not use your email address as your screen name. It's a good way to get on spam lists. A note to the admins and they can change it to something like just "janclip" My best to you. |
