I think "Almost" really put together some excellent thoughts that mirror where I am. The only thing I might add is that I no longer compare myself to who I was, what I was doing professionally, or what my goals were prior to the accident. They're unfortunately irrelevant now. Any attempt to do these these things will only end in negativity.

With all that said, I've come to "accept" this and no longer rail against it constantly. This is my life now and I'm finding ways, albeit small, to do things that mean something to me. I'm hoping I can maintain this attitude, and I think I can as long as I don't push too much...
