Default chronic subjective dizziness (CSD)?

While researching dizziness I stumbled across this disorder called Chronic Subjective Dizziness (CSD) or Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD). Looking at the symptoms, it sounds eerily familiar to what I am experiencing. My concussion occurred back in March and in September I felt like I was back to 95% of my old self with occasional pressure in my head as the only remaining symptom. Then something triggered a return of dizziness at the beginning of October and I have been dealing with it ever since. Thoughts on CSD? I am surprised I haven't stumbled across this before.
