Does anyone experience sinusitis or sinus headache? I do and I think it contributes to other issues.
Last night I went to bed with sinus trouble. I had issues breathing through both noses. This morning I woke up feeling terrible and dizzy. I've been diagnosed with non-allergic rhinitis. Which apparently is something I'll have to live with for the rest of my life. I probably had it before my brain issue developed. However, before my brain issues developed, it wasn't really causing any adverse issues. I take mometasone (nasal steriod) and use a saline rinse. However, it isn't 100% effective, especially because I often miss a dose. For me, this is probably my number one or number two issue. After I develop it, my dizziness gets much worse, I am more sensitive to bright light, etc. Often I am ok to start the day, but I develop sinus issues as the day progresses if I push myself too much. I've heard of one other person who developed it after their brain injury.
