injured,......
"whenever i sleep in a way that where my head is pushed toward my chest (like on 2 pillows) i feel dizzy the next day... same thing happens if i just lay that way for a while. i can't seem to find a doctor who can tell me what is happening here. " You have determined a very probable cause for your dizziness. "the problem is i can't identify what triggers dizziness but the more i think about it the more it is always things that are neck related. " Are you looking for a solution that makes it so you can sleep with 2 pillows and not get dizzy ? I doubt you will find a doctor who will stick his neck out and say what is causing your dizziness beyond "Stop sleeping with 2 pillows." btw, I have not watched Dr Phil in over a decade. But, his saying, "How's that working for you ?" is a valid concept to consider.
