Default has anyone tried raw whole food organic diet

since a lot of people struggle with PCS, im wondering what if you went totally organic with very limited dairy intake? just basically raw veggies and fruits plus fish, everything organic non processesed .. has anyone tried a alkaline diet? ive heard it can do wonders for the body, surely if you combine this with alkaline water and a exercise(for those who can) then it should help heal your brain injuries. also megadose of vitamin C and L-gluthioane injections aparently benefit the brain greatly

Alkaline water is a scam. The water is not able to overcome the acidity of stomach acid. Foods have similar effect. The stomach excretes more acid to restore acidity.

Some alkaline foods may have other impacts on the body, not due to their alkalinity but due to some other character of the food.

I looked into this fad because my wife was buying alkaline water.

The body's pH is very narrowly regulated. Very slight changes can cause life threatening issues. A blood pH of 7.41 is normal. 7.42 and above and 7.40 and below cause problems. If this range is not maintained, some bodily system is not functioning properly.

Eating lots of fruits and vegetables is healthy. Whether those fruits and vegetables derive from conventional or organic-based production is irrelevant. There are no nutritional differences between conventional and organic produce, though many believe there is. The only difference is personal preference and cost, nothing more.

Also, it's probably good to mention that fresh fruit and veggies are recurring and increasing source of foodborne disease. If you are pregnant, immunocompromised (chemotherapy, HIV, etc), or have a liver disorder you need to be very careful with your consumption of fresh produce (and deli meats).
