Default fighting the headaches

I really love skiing, I've gained 25 lbs since the headaches, havent been able to workout much,

i really want to pop some t3's and go skiing for a lil bit, or just a workout, i mean i know its not the smartest idea, but working out does release positive/feel good endorphines, can that justify it?

Are you talking about Tylenol w/ codeine 3's ?

Swimming is a good low impact exercise. I do 45 minutes twice a week when my shoulder is working. It is supposed to be enough to get good endorphins flowing.
