Default So confused and lost...

I was diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome in November last year (2015) after I totaled my truck. I had a concussion during that accident and maybe 3 months before that, I had been diagnosed with another concussion from a slip and fall, where I hit my head on the deep freezer at home.

My headaches were always seeming constant, my head seemed sensitive to touch, like it was hard to wear my hoods on my hoodies or hats, I became overwhelmed with sound very easily and my moods could change with no notice and I could go from happy to very Ill and agitated and angry. If i did sleep it was off and on and only for a couple hours at a time.

I am now lost on what to do as I just received a concussion last night at work, around 1900 EST on Valentines day. I dont have insurance so I could not go to a doctor and feared going to the ER because the one time i went after my truck accident I was told nothing could be done for me, to follow up with my suggested Neuro and go from there. I understand last night was filled under workmans comp, but I guess I am asking, what kind of ride am I in for now, considering another concussion on top of all this....
