Go see a vestibular therapist. I have the same issue as you. When I turn my head my eyes are not in sync, they are a few seconds behind so turning my head creates the illusion that the room is spinning. This is called ocular motor dysfunction. A vestibular therapist can help fix this through specific exercises. It has helped me greatly and minimized my dizziness. Don't ignore it!
