I'm running out of Natures Bounty fish oil 1290mg caps and was thinking about switching over to Krill Oil. I noticed, however, that Krill has considerably less DHA and EPA per volume or serving.
I was thinking about switching over but not sure which brand to go with or if theres any major difference. Or whether or not it should contain Astaxanthin. Any help would be greatly appreciated....... |

krill oil has less per capsule because the fatty acids are in a form that is highly absorbed from the GI tract...so hence less is needed.
We used MegaRed for several years, but now Costco has their own label of 500mg caps... so only one a day of this costs much less. Krill is easier on the stomach too for those who seem to have "fishy burping".
