My doctor ran by me that doings an anti-inflammatory diet could have a lot of benefit for me given that my eye movements and vestibular stuff have gotten somewhat better, yet I'm still prone to flare-ups where my vestibular system and eyes just seem to get off. I haven't looked closely into it, but the takeaway seems to be no gluten or dairy, just vegetables, fruits, and meat. I am just wondering if anyone has had good results? I eat well as is, i.e. no fast food and limit how much processed food I eat in addition to fruits and vegetables. Thanks!

Gluten is rarely a real problem. Research shows only 14% of the population has a problem with gluten. The carbs that go with gluten are more of the issue.

I tried the diet and I have to say that it is very hard to follow 100%. The little things like salad dressings and butter are hard to avoid, but I am sure if I follow it more religiously it will help a lot. It at least drove home the point that good diet is important with PCS, and ALL processed food should be avoided.

There is a way to reduce salad dressing consumption. Rather than apply it to the salad, put it in a small bowl/custard cup and dip your fork in it then stab the salad or veggies. You get the flavor without over-indulging.
Butter is not the bad food many make it out to be. Check out this: Superfoods That Destroy Inflammation in Your Brain By reducing the most inflammatory foods, we can often tolerate moderated consumption of many questionable foods.
