Default Fish Oil?

Hello all.
I read a lot on Fish Oil and wonder if you all have taken it?

So far, here is what I see. It DOES seem to help memory. However, it makes me queasy and also increases the headaches. It is a fair trade. I want my memory back.

I am just wondering if others had good results? I have read both sides of it. I got a good brand, so no mercury in it!
