Does anyone take this for fatigue, or depression. Is it working, or is it bad ? I was given this to take.. worried

I took this for a while for depression. It worked pretty well at first, but then it didn't any more.

I was on it (150 mg/day) for many years for clinical depression. It was beneficial.
Following a discussion with my clinical psychologist and psychiatrist, I decided that the time had come to discontinue. This was a gradual process, with approval and close monitoring from my psychiatrist - there were no adverse discontinuation side-effects.
