i was walking my dog down a snowy hill...he was pulling me...we ended up walking/falling to a 3 foot drop in the snow and i fell down on my forearms ...the whiplash was pretty severe...
have been dizzy/lightheaded with a major headache... and the ringing in my ears has really intensified... i cannot stand another concussion. could this be another one? or a major setback? my symptoms from my last concussion have not been getting any better as it is...especially the feeling of constantly "zoning out" - like i am a vegetable. |

More likely just a neck strain. That can cause headaches and many symptoms to return. Try icing your neck and maybe take some ibuprofen 3 times a day for a few days.
