Default Can I go for runs now?

Hey guys, so it's been about a year from my last concussion that gave me really bad PCS. I still have the symptoms, but I've learned to cope with them better. I was wondering if I'd be able to go for runs/jogs by now? Is it too jumpy? I know when I work out, I feel kind of dizzy for a while after so. But that could just be from getting my heart rate up and getting tired. Will jogging/running mess with my healing process? Should I still stick to stationary biking for now? Thanks guys.
