Good afternoon

I posted on here a few months back regarding a injury I sustained on the 15th of November 2016, I will briefly explain what happened again from the start

I work in a structural steel environment there are a lot of heavy beams in and around shop floor I was working on a certain beam and I needed to turn it over I operated the over head crane to chain the beam up. I dropped the chain on the floor and upon getting up I was stopped by the beam i hit my head getting up it wasn't enough to knock me out but it did hurt and dazed me a little.

i carried on my duties went home felt a little tired and my head was sore and a swollen spot on my head were i hit it.

the next few days i started to feel really strange pressure in my head ringing in my ears felt really dizzy so i attended the hospital emergency dep they examined me told me i have suffered a concucssion then sent me on my way i went back to work the next day no better a week went on with this not 'rite' feeling.

towards 2 weekends after the incident i found my self driving to the shop and i went into a full blown panic mode i rushed up to the hospital told them my symptoms
pressure in head
head pains
weird sensations on the top left side of my head that got worse when i touched the left side of my face
throbbing in the head
brain fog
dizzeness
unbalanced feeling
feeling sick

they gave me a ct scan told me it was fine and sent me on my way since then i have visted back to the hospital with chest pains along with my head problems they told me it was stress i have been given propranolol tablets because they say i have anxiety my doctor also related my chest problems to anxiety.

and i have been reffered to a nurologist but the waiting time is very long
all my symptoms have virtually gone apart from the sensation on my head i can feel it pretty much all the time it is in a certain spot near were i hit it the feeling gets worse if i make contact with my face raise my eyebrows. it goes away a little bit when i am lay down or when i wear a hat i have no dizziness the odd headache and ringing in the ears but i do not feel no were near as bad as i did

i am just frustrated with the pressure feeling sometimes it throbs sometimes its just there it is NOT painfull but it allways gets worse when i touch my face for example it I run my fingers down my cheek i feel the same sensation at the top of my head weird I know!!! ive been told it could be nerve damage??

i am just wondering if anyone has experienced this and has got any advise

I have still got the chest pains also they feel like a stabbing pain over the left
side over my heart area they are short they come and go they never wake me up at night but they can come at anytime when i am completely relaxed or when i am stressed running around at work any advise would be helpful on that

kindest regards
stay safe BRENDON
